How to download any of our software products or related patches and bug fixes?

To download any of SmartMIB’s product software packages evaluations, package incremental upgrades, or for the latest software Service-Pack patches:

Package Evaluations

Package evaluations are a 30 days trial period solutions (Part of our Small solutions packages). You can download and install any of the solutions available in the Small Solutions Center where the software packages could be downloaded from within each of the solution’s links. Each package is in fact composed of the Main (or master) core engine software and the solution specific incremental upgrade module.

Package –incremental- Upgrades

Package upgrades are incremental -solution specific- software modules that provides the user with the ability to install only those software module components that enables only a specific solution without having to install the core engine over and over every time a new solution is to be evaluated.

Service Packs

Service Packs are software build upgrades that contains bug fixes that we regularly detect or that are reported to us by the field.

To check the running build and the Service Pack level for the particular installation; from the SmartMIB GUI, go to Help > About SmartMIB. The last line in the Help window shown below gives the major version release and the associated patch level and build number.
