Per Process CPU Performance Statistics

Solution Overview:
 

This small management solution focuses on managing ONLY the running processes on the managed devices by their perspective process identifiers. Then the MP could measure each of the processes CPU performance statistics to be monitored by the network administrator on each of the managed network devices.

In this solution; the management process learns the running processes by their perspective process identifiers and polls each of the processes CPU average usage times represented by the MIB Object ‘cpmProcessAverageUSecs’.

The default report for this small solution is the ‘Per Process CPU Performance Statistics‘ Reports shown below;
