Solution Overview:
 

This small management solution focuses on managing ONLY the CPU(s) detected as physical entities where the CPU’s performance statistics could be monitored by the network administrator on the managed network devices.

In this solution; the management process learns the indexes of the supported CPUs on each of the managed elements, then polls the global (collective) CPU busy percentage values represented by the MIB Object ‘cpmCPUTotal5minRev’.

The default report for this small solution is the ‘CPU Performance Statistics‘ Reports shown below;
