VOIP Call Response Time Delay Report

Solution Introduction & Overview:
This Small management solution provides an application that monitors and accounts for the Voice Over IP (VOIP) calls Response Times and delays through IP network devices.
It is essential for network administrators today to track each call’s VOIP Response Times and Delays. They are interested in creating *true* and *functional* VOIP Call ‘Service Level Agreements’. This is a significant improvement over current Synthetic Voice based SLA’s as it allows the actual Call to be evaluated in terms of meeting the intended SLA.
This could be done by testing the value of the MIB Object ‘cvVoIPCallHistoryRoundTripDelay’ against a pre-determined and acceptable round trip delay calculated per actual Call in a production environment.
The solution presentation is based on the DIAL-CONTROL, CISCO-DIAL-CONTROL, and the CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL MIBs which both include the objects necessary to maintain the above described voice call accounting statistics.
