An even more elaborate set of solution reports could be built to use the full capabilities provided by this management solution. To give a quick example; devices could be grouped according to departments within the organization and the reports could be generated per department. The same is true for interfaces on a single device. Other solutions could be to calculate the top 10 or so longest Calls, top 10 called numbers, or the top 10 Calls with the most errors reported or the most round trip delays and linking that to the topology to evaluate and anticipate errors.
